Summary Of Proposal
- Period of AMC :- One year, three consecutive years, and five consecutive years.
- Type of AMC :- There are two types: comprehensive and non-comprehensive.
- System Details :- PLC Panel and SCADA System.
- Periodic maintenance Visit :- We offer a total of four trips each year, one in each quarter, with each visit lasting no more than one man-day.
- Emergency maintenance Visit:- In total, there are two visits per year, with each visit lasting no more than two man days.
- E-mail/Telephonic Support :- ACS Engitech Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad will provide services Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Activities to be completed during the preventive maintenance visit
- Load and logical volume sizes are checked on the PLC panel.
- Checking CPU load for all Control and Modules and recommending corrective measures as needed.
- Checking diagnostic logs from all nodes.
- Check the most recent list of compile/install faults and warnings.
- Check for hardware failures (non-emergency kind) that have been reported within the last three months.
- Taking the project backup and all other system backups on the pen drive given by the customer.
- Checking the LED indications on various PLC hardware modules.
- There will be no major changes to databases, however minor changes/modifications will be made to solve problems.
- No repairs are possible on-site.
